摘要
借助面向工程设计的高级建模和仿真软件AMESim,以直动式溢流阀为研究对象,结合溢流阀工作原理建立系统仿真模型,对溢流阀动态特性进行研究分析。对不同参数值下的溢流阀进口压力、阀芯位移动态仿真曲线进行比较与分析后,总结出影响溢流阀动态性能的参数变量,为溢流阀的研究设计和性能优化提供参考依据。
Based on the advanced modeling and simulation software AMESim, this paper establishes the system model of relief valve, gained the dynamic characteristic curve through computer simulation. Then changed the model parameter values, and compared the curves of inlet pressure and valve displacement under different parameter values. Summarize the parameters which affect the dynamic characteristic of relief valve. The result is helpful for optimizing the relief valve in design and research.
