摘要
介绍了废PET醇解法制备聚酯/环氧混合型粉末涂料用聚酯树脂。讨论了聚酯树脂合成工艺的控制因素以及单体对涂膜性能的影响。试验结果表明:合成的聚酯树脂制备的粉末涂料的性能指标达到传统产品的性能指标要求,具有良好的经济和环保效益。
Preparation of polyester resin for polyester/epoxy mixed powder coatings by wasted PET alcoholysis was introduced. Control factors of polyester resin synthesis and influences of monomers on film performance were discussed. The results showed that the performance index of powder coatings prepared with the polyester resin accomplished that of the tranditional products, which provided good economic and environmental protection profit.
