Research and Application of Automatic Import of Drawing Frame Based on UG

针对企业在生成工程图时效率低下、重复劳动过多的问题,借助UG自身的制图功能和二次开发工具,实现工程图图框的自动导入和标题栏自动更新的功能。首先建立图框模板和标题栏模板,然后输入产品的非几何信息属性值,选择产品类型、图幅、比例等信息,最后选择主视图的投影方向,完成图框的自动导入。在实践中,此系统高效、便捷,并有较强的适应性,提高了生产效率。

We are often disturbed with the problems in making engineering drawing in the company,such as low efficiency and too much repetition.Here is the effective solution.With the help of drawing creating function and UG secondary development tools,drawing frame can be imported and the headline box can be updated both automatically.First of all,we set up the frame template and the title bar template.Then,we input the product attribute value of non-geometric information and select the type、the draw size as well as the scale of the product.Finally,we select the main view of the projection and realize the auto-import of the frame.In the practice,this system is very effective,convenient and strongly adaptable.Above all,we can improve the productive efficiency with the help of this system.
