摘要
为了提高钕铁硼电永磁材料在工业生产中的利用效率和性能,以电磁感应理论为依据,应用MYC系列电永磁吸盘智能电源控制器、Agilent 6000型彩色双踪示波器、高斯计等,测出了两种粘结钕铁硼永磁材料(40号钢和52号钢)的最佳励磁参数,即最佳励磁脉冲数为6,最佳励磁线圈数为90~100匝,最佳励磁电流为29~30A(励磁线圈取90匝);同时发现,52号钢的磁性能略好于40号钢的磁性能,并对上述实验结果进行了理论分析。
In order to improve the application efficiency and performance of NdFeB magnetic materials in the industrial production,the optimum excitation parameters of two kinds of bonded NdFeB magnetic materials,No.40 and No.52 are measured based on the theory of electromagnetic induction.The analytical instruments such as MYC Magnetize and Demagnetize Controller,Agilent 6000 double-trace oscilloscope and gauss meter are adopted in the measurements.The results show that number of optimum excitation pulse is 6,number of optimum exciting coil is 90~100,and optimum excitation current is 29~30A(90 exciting coils).The magnetic properties of No.52 NdFeB magnetic material are superior to No.40.The experimental results are analyzed.
