摘要
从高校图书馆向社会开放的政策舆论基础、落后原因、途径及意义四个方面论述了高校图书馆面向社会开放的必要性和可行性。
In this paper,the necessity and feasibility of university library open to society were described from the following aspects： the basement of policy opinion,the reason,the methods and the meaning.
