刘向《列女传》版本考略

Research on Liu Xiang's Edition of "Biography of Women"

《列女传》是刘向晚年编写的一部著作,"采取《诗》、《书》所载贤妃贞妇,兴国显家可法则,及孽璧乱亡者,序次为《列女传》,共八篇。"他以此书当谏书,"言得失、陈法戒","以戒天子"。由于流传年代久远,关于《列女传》的卷数,众说纷纭,仅宋一代就有七卷本、八卷本、九卷本之别。现存版本大致可归纳为南宋建安余氏勤有堂本(《文选楼丛书》影刻本)、顾氏小读书堆重刊南宋建安余氏勤有堂本、明正德、嘉靖本、明万历刊本、清《四库全书》本(简称"库本")、清三家校注本。文章试以时间顺序对《列女传》的卷数及版本进行梳理,以辨其版本源流。

Biography of Women is a book written in Liu xiang＇s later years,taking virtuous imperial consorts and chaste women;the methods of rejuvenating the country and prospering the family;the evil dead from ＂the book of songs＂,＂the book of history＂ ordered the ＂Biography of Women＂,a total of eight.He takes the book as expostulation,saying the gains and losses and showing the law and discipline in order to prevent the emperor from mistaking.As its old age,on the number of volumes of ＂Biography of Women＂,there are a lot of sayings.In the Sung dynasty there is a difference on the number of the book： seven volumes,eight volumes or nine volumes.This article tries to put the volumes and the versions of the ＂Biography of Women＂ in chronological order to analyze the original.
