摘要
随着全球气候变化的加深,加拿大北极地区(即加拿大北方地区)正受到诸多环境问题的直接影响。加拿大政府已经意识到北极环境问题对国家安全及其整个社会的方方面面所可能会造成的潜在威胁及其严重的后果,当前正在制定相关计划和采取相应措施来治理这些问题。加拿大的北极环境政策主要由三个主题因素构成:人类安全、可持续发展和中间力量主义。这三个因素之间相互联系,并且相互影响,共同圈定并指导着加拿大的北极环境计划。
The Canadian Arctic area（the northern region of Canada）has been subject to many environmental problems because of the deeper global climate change.The Canadian government has been already aware of the potential threats and negative consequences caused by the Arctic environment for national security and every aspect of the whole society.In addition,Canada is also making relevant plans and taking corresponding measures to deal with these issues.According to some documents and information,the Canadian Arctic Environment Policy is structured by three main underlying topics： human security,sustainable development and middle-powerism.These three interrelated and interacted topics shape and guide the Canadian Arctic Environment Plan together.
