摘要
随着陆地资源和陆域可开发空间的不断减少,深海作为重要的经济战略资源受到人们的关注和重视。文章在对1960年以来的深海经济学研究文献进行系统梳理的基础上,认为深海经济概念、深海资源的开发、深海生态环境保护、深海公共管理政策这四个角度是目前国际深海经济理论研究的四大主题。未来的研究将会从针对深海技术开发的国家创新系统、深海资源开发的可行性与可持续性、专属经济区的深海资源归属等方向上展开。
As land space is limited and land resources are continuously reducing,deep sea has become an important source of economic and strategic resources and studies on deep-sea issues draw much attention.We reviewed four main theoretical research areas： the concept of deep-sea economy,the development of deep-sea resources,protection of deep-sea ecological environment and deep-sea public policy,based on systematic analysis of related literatures on deep-sea economy since 1960.Future studies will be needed to address the issues such as deep-sea technological development,feasibility and sustainability of deep-sea resource exploitation,and the ownership of deep-sea resources in the exclusive economic zones.
