摘要
研究提高了富锗氧化矿湿法综合回收锗过程的影响因素,从而降低锗损失,达到提升锗综合回收的目的,针对锗浸出过程、单宁沉锗及灼烧过程等影响锗回收率的因素,找到浸出、沉锗、灼烧等工艺方面影响因素,并有针对性地采取措施加以控制,锗浸出率可达79.64%;丹宁沉淀锗沉淀率达99.08%;锗精矿主品位达20.70%;锗湿法直收率达59.54%。
The influencing factors for the recovering technology of germanium in germanium-enriched oxide ore by hydrometallurgy are studied to decrease the loss of germanium and improve germanium recovery.According to the influencing factors of germanium recovering,such as the germanium leaching process,germanium precipitation with tannin,ignition process and so on,the pertinency measures are taken to control the influencing factors,the leaching rate of germanium can be 79.64%;germanium precipitation rate can be 99.08%;the main grade of germanium concentration can be 20.70%;the recovery can be 59.54%.
