我国居民高等教育支付能力及学费政策研究

A Review of the Payment Capacity of the Public for Higher Education and the Tuition Policies

作为求学成本重要组成部分的学费,其快速增长与群体支付能力不足之间产生了尖锐矛盾,而这将可能在一定程度上压制高等教育个人需求。通过对相关文献的研究可以发现,对学费水平与群体支付能力和高等教育个人需求之间关系的研究为制定学费政策提供了理论支撑,同时,在以学费调节高等教育个人需求及以完善的学费配套政策抵消学费水平过高的负面影响这两方面还有继续探索的空间。

There are sharp contradictions between the inadequate payment capacity of the public and the rapid growth of tuitions,an important part of the education cost. This situation may suppress individual needs for higher education to some extent. It is found from the related literature that researches about the relationship among the level of tuitions, payment capacity of the public and the individual needs for higher education can offer theoretical support for tuition policies, and there exists spaee for further exploration.
