摘要 目的:探讨卷柏炮制前后卷柏中总黄酮含量。方法:可见-紫外分光光度法检测卷柏不同炮制品总黄酮含量。绘制了标准曲线,并进行了重复性、精密度、稳定性、加样回收实验,证明方法稳定可靠。结果:卷柏原药材总黄酮含量大于卷柏生品总黄酮的含量,卷柏生品总黄酮的含量大于卷柏炭中总黄酮的含量。结论:卷柏炒炭炮制后卷柏中总黄酮含量降低,总黄酮中有许多活血成分,总黄酮含量的降低有利于增强止血作用。 Objective:To study the content of total flavonoids in Selaginella before and after the processing.Methods:The ultraviolet spectrophotometric method was used to detect the total flavonoids contents in the different processed products of Selaginella.The method was proved to be stable and reliable by the tests for repeatability,precision,stability and recovery,and a standard curve was drawn.Result:The order of the total flavonoids content(from higher to lower) was Selaginella original medicinal herbs,crude Selaginella,Selaginella charcoal.Conclusion:The total flavonoids content in Selaginella has decreased after parched into charcoal,which helps strengthen the homeostasis effect,since the total flavonoids has a high content of components to promote blood circulation.
