Effect of Early Rehabilitation on the Life Ability of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨康复治疗对急性脑梗塞患者功能恢复的影响。方法:病情稳定后在神经内科治疗的基础上进行康复治疗。结果:两组患者60 d后日常生活能力(ADL)评分与治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:早期康复治疗可促进急性脑梗塞患者的日常生活能力的提高。

Objective：To explore the effect of rehabilitation on functional recovery in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods：The rehabilitation therapy was given on the basis of neurological treatment after the disease was stable.Results：The ability of daily living（ADL） grade had remarkable difference affer codays＇ treatment.Conclusion：Early rehabilitation of patients with acute cerebral infarction may promote the daily living abilities.
