摘要
目的:观察丹红注射液对冠心病患者抗心磷脂抗体的影响。方法:将120例患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,用药前后分别检测患者的抗心磷脂抗体平均结合指数和阳性率。结果:治疗组治疗前后与对照组比较抗心磷脂抗体(IgG-ACLA)有明显改变(P<0.01)(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液对冠心患者有良好的抗栓效果。
Objective：To observe the influence of Danhong injection an the anticardiolipin antibodies of coronary heart disease patients.Methods：120 patients were randomly divided into two groups to check the average binding index and positive rate before and after taking medicines.Results：Compared with the control group before and after the treatment,the treatment group had significant changes in IgG-ACLA.Conclusion：Danhong injection has a good antithrombotic effect for the treatment of coronary disease.
