摘要
针对近年来工矿企业建立健全标准体系和质量体系工作中出现的问题，就如何正确认识和理顺两者的关系进行了讨论，并就采用IE科学方法建立两个体系的问题，提出了建议。
In view of problems arose in huilding and perfecting standardization system and quality system in industrial and mining enterprises, the paper makes a discussion about how to balance the relation between the two systems, as wellas brings forward advices to make them better with IE method.
