镍/铁黑/丙烯酸树脂复合电磁波屏蔽涂料的制备和性能

摘要 常温下,以丙烯酸树脂为成膜树脂,正丁醇、乙酸乙酯为混合溶剂,有机膨润土为分散剂,硅烷偶联剂为偶联剂,Ni粉和铁黑(Fe3O4)为导电填料,制得了Ni/Fe3O4/丙烯酸树脂复合电磁波屏蔽涂料。原料投料配比(wt%)以Ni粉55%,铁黑5%、丙烯酸树脂36.5%,硅烷偶联剂0.5%、分散剂3%为宜。对丙烯酸树脂原料进行共混改性可有效提高涂层在基材上的附着力,当氮化聚丙稀与丙烯酸树脂的质量比为1:8时,制得涂料的附着力达2级。适宜溶剂为乙酸乙酯:正丁醇=4:1的混合溶剂,硅烷偶联剂用量1%时涂层的导电性最佳,产品的电磁波屏蔽率〉99.9%。 At the normal temperature, the composite electromagnetic wave shielding coating of the Ni/Fe3O4/acrylic resin can be prepared, with acrylic resin as film forming resin , n-butyl alcohol and ethyl acetate as mixed solvent, organic bentonite as dispersant, silane coupling agent as coupling agent, nickel and ironoxideblack powder as conducting filler. The material proportioning(wt%)is nickel powder 55%, ironoxideblack 5%, acrylic resin 36.5%, silane coupling agent 0.5% and dispersant 3%.The adhesive force of the coating can be greatly improved by hybrid modifving for acrylic resin materials. When the weight ratio between chlorinated polypropylene and acrylic resin is 1:8, the adhesion of prepared coating is up to level 2. When the ratio of ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol in the mixed solvent is 4:1 and the amount of silane coupling agent is 1%, the electric conductivity of the coating is the best and its electromagnetic wave shielding effectiveness is more than 99.9%.
