The Exploitation and Utilization of Political Resources in the Ruling Practice of the CPC

执政党要获得并巩固自身的执政地位,就必须以强大的政治资源作为它的支撑。中国共产党要不断增强执政能力,并长期执政下去,就必须切实重视开发和利用党的政治资源,加强党的政治资源的建设。

A ruling party should be supported with strong political resources in order to obtain and to consolidate its ruling position. The CPC needs to value the exploitation and utilization of its political resources, so that its administration ability can be further improved and thus remains in power for a long period.
