摘要
国有企业实施ISO14001标准的效益显著，但目前实施该标准的相对较少。分析了国有企业存在的困难，提出了改进建议。
The benefit from implementing ISO 14001 in state - owned enterprises is ohvious, but rela- tively few state - owned enterprises have done so. The diffcuities existing in these enterprises are analysed and some advice is proposed.
