现行的标准水平评价方法不够全面和客观，且与市场脱节。建议从与国际标准的对比、标准的经济效益、社会效益、编写质量等方面综合评价标准的水平。

The existing assessing methods of standards' level are neither comprehensive nor objective, and are little connected with market. This paper suggests that standards' level should he assessed integratively from comparison with international stal1dards, economical and social benefit of standards, compiling quality, and so on.
