中西药复合营养素对急性脑水肿大鼠抗应激能力的影响

Effects of Chinese traditional and western medicine compound nutrients on the ability of anti-stress in severe vasogenic brain edema of scald rats

摘要 目的观察中西药复合营养素对重症脑水肿大鼠急性应激期直肠温度、血糖、脑组织含水量的影响,为提高急性重症脑卒中患者抗应激能力提供实验依据。方法将64只SD大鼠随机分组,各32只:(1)对照组,予去离子水持续灌胃1周后经腹腔注射10%苯肾上腺素造成急性血管源性脑水肿(VBE)模型,并观察造模后1、2、6、12h四个时间点大鼠血糖、和脑组织含水量的变化情况;(2)实验组,予维生素C、维生素E、L-精氨酸、谷氨酰胺、氯化镁和中药补阳还五汤持续灌胃1周,其造模方法、采血时间点及观察指标同对照组。结果两组间血糖和脑组织含水量差异均有统计学差异(P<0.05),且实验组优于对照组。结论中西药抗应激复合营养素可显著提高机体的抗应激能力。 Objective To observe the changes in the period of acute stress in rat blood glucose and brain tissue moisture content, in order to provide anti-stress test basis of improving the ability of the severe acute stroke patients. Methods Sixty-four SD male rats were randomly divided into two groups: (1) control group, fed deionized water a week, intraperitoneal injection of 10% of the phenylephrine-induced vasogenic brain edema caused by acute (Vasogenic Brain Edema, VBE) model, and observe the changes of blood glucose, brain edema, SOD, and MDA after modeling 1 h, 2 h, 6 h and 12 h; (2) experimental group, fed vitamin C, vitamin E, L-arginine, glutamine ,magnesium chloride and decoction for Invigorating Yang composition of complex nutrients for a week, the modeling methods, blood collection time points and observed targets same with the control group. Results Blood glucose ,brain tissue moisture content among the two groups, were significantly different, P〈0.05, and the experimental group are better than the control group. Conclusions Early given Chinese-western anti-stress compound nutrients can significantly improve the body's antl-stress capability.
