利用朋辈教育提高高校思想政治教育实效性的思考

Study on the Measure of Improving the Efficiency of Ideological and Political Education by Peer Education

当代大学生是改革开放后成长起来的一代,具有较强的自主性,但目前针对当代大学生的思想政治教育形式较为单一,不易为学生接受。论文引入朋辈教育的理念,论述了在当代大学生中进行朋辈教育的意义,提出了实现朋辈教育的途径和方法,论述了其在提高大学生思想政治教育的质量和效果,增强当代大学生思想政治教育实效性中的作用。

Contemporary college students who were born after Chinese reform and opening-up,have more self-reliance.Therefore, the simple measures of ideological and political education at present are not easily accepted by them.This paper discussing the concept and the significance of peer education,presented the way and method of realizing peer education,to improve the actual effect and efficiency of ideological and political education of contemporary college students.
