摘要
针对板式输送机片式链和链轮的主要失效形式,阐述了采用跨齿啮合和减小链传动中的动载荷以减少链轮轮齿磨损及链传动的多边形效应引起的冲击疲劳破坏。
Based on the main failure mode of plate conveyor lamellar chain and chain gear,this paper describes that the straddle tooth engagement and reducing the moving load in chain drive were used to reduce sprocket tooth wear and impact fatigue damage resulted by polygonal effect in chain drive.
