摘要
分析了永磁直线同步电机的数学模型,给出了径向基(RBF)神经网络的结构和算法,设计出以切换函数为网络输入、以滑模控制器为网络输出的神经滑模控制器,软件仿真结果表明所设计的滑模控制器能进行自适应学习,可实现良好的伺服跟踪。
The mathematical model of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM) was analyzed and the RBF neural networks'structure and algorithm were proposed.The neural network sliding mode controller was constructed with switch function as the input of neural network and sliding mode controller as the output.The simulation showed the sliding mode controller with good control performance of adaptive and position servo tracking.
