一种纺织细纱机专用智能变频器的设计

摘要 以永磁同步电机为控制对象,针对纺织细纱机对变频器的需求,提出了一种纺织细纱机专用智能变频器的设计方案,重点解决了以下几个关键问题:满足低成本、高可靠性、耐高温的主电路相关原理设计;纺织细纱机专用智能变频器调速系统控制规律设计;纺织专用智能变频器专用软件设计;高温粉尘现场工作环境要求变频器不能安装风扇,但要具有良好散热性的散热设计;同步电机带载起动平稳性设计。介绍了纺织细纱机专用智能变频器的应用前景。 Due to the spinning frame requirement with frequency control of motor speed,a scheme of developing the intelligence inverter to control the permanent-magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) of spinning frame was pro-posed.A cheap reliable main circuit with high temperature resistant characteristics was designed.The inverter control system and according software tool were also developed.A non-fan radiator was designed and installed in the inverter to avoid raising amount of dust in the spinning environment.In addition,the stable motor starting with load was also considered.Some possible applications of the intelligence inverter in future given.
