摘要
提出了一种高效的测量生物组织Mueller矩阵的方法。与前人相比,本文方法的测量次数大大减少,提高了测量效率。在给定的5种偏振光源条件下,分别获取样品的偏振图像并通过本文构造的模型进行计算,能够得到样品每一像素点的Mueller矩阵值。采用小鼠小脑星形胶质细胞作为样品,并将本文测量方法的结果和前人的结果进行比较,两者基本一致。实验结果表明,使用本文方法可以快速获取测量视野中不同组织的偏振特性,从而实现对不同生物组织的识别,操作简单,计算简便。
In this work,a rapid method to measure the Mueller matrix of biological tissues is proposed.In the experiment,the pellicle cell of magnolia was used for the sample and its polarization images were acquired.Then the method was applied to construct calculation model from the image data and all the Mueller matrix elements in arbitrary pixel were solved.The experimental results are consistent with previous ones.Furthermore,the presented method can reduce the measurement times and improve the efficiency significantly.It is demonstrated that we can obtain the Mueller matrix elements to recognize different tissues in the same field of vision rapidly and reliably with the method.
