摘要
目的探讨信号转导及转录活化因子3(STAT3)及其磷酸化形式pSTAT3在乳腺癌组织中的表达及关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测36例乳腺癌和10例正常乳腺组织中STAT3及pSTAT3的表达,并分析其与各临床病理参数之间的关系。结果 STAT3、pSTAT3在乳腺癌组织的阳性表达率(58.3%、55.6%)均高于正常乳腺组织(10.0%、0;P<0.05);STAT3、pSTAT3在TNMⅢ期乳腺癌中的表达(83.3%)高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期(45.8%),有淋巴结转移者(80.0%)高于无淋巴结转移者(43.9%),差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 STAT3、pSTAT3在乳腺癌中高表达,并与肿瘤的侵袭和转移有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3) and phosphorylated STAT3(pSTAT3)in tissues of breast cancer and their relationship.Methods The expression of STAT3 and pSTAT3 in tissues of 36 cases of breast cancer and breast tissues of 10 normal persons were detected by immunohistochemistry method,and their relationship with clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results The expression of STAT3,pSTAT3 in tissues of breast cancer(58.3%,55.6%) was significantly higher than that in normal breast tissues(10%,0)(P0.05).The expression of STAT3 and pSTAT3 in breast cancer at TNM Ⅲ stage(83.3%) was higher than that in breast cancer at TNM Ⅰ+Ⅱ stage(45.8%),and the expression in breast cancer with lymph node metastasis(80.0%) was higher than that in breast cancer without lymph node metastasis(43.9%)(P0.05).Conclusion STAT3 and pSTAT3 are highly expressed in breast cancer and are involved in tumor metastasis and invasion.
