三管法治疗外伤性十二指肠损伤

TREATMENT OF SURGICAL DUODENAL INJURIES WITH "3 -TUBE" THERAPY

目的探讨三管法治疗十二指肠损伤。方法 19例十二指肠损伤使用三管法治疗。即同时做2个空肠造口,近端空肠造口逆行置管到十二指肠,远端空肠造口顺行置入营养管。结果本组19例患者中治愈17例,死于其他严重的并发伤2例,无1例因十二指肠损伤死亡。结论使用三管法治疗十二指肠损伤,能有效的进行肠腔减压,是术后得到充分营养的有效方法。

Objective To study the treatment of duodenal injuries with ＂3 - tube＂ therapy. Methods Nineteen cases of duodenal injuries treated with ＂3 - tube＂ therapy were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 19 cases, 17 patients were cured,2 died of other severe complications, and nobody died of duodenal injuries. Conclusion Treatment of duodenal injuries with ＂3 - tube＂ therapy could help intestinal effectively and provide sufficient nutrition.
