盐水灌注宫腔造影超声诊断子宫内膜增殖症的价值

THE VALUE OF INTRAUTERINE SALINE INFUSION IMAGING IN THE DIAGOSIS OF UTERINE ENDOMETRIAL HYPERPLASIA

目的探讨盐水灌注宫腔造影对诊断子宫内膜增殖症的价值。方法选取2009年1月-2010年1月,因不规则阴道出血来院就诊的患者100例,均行经阴道超声、盐水灌注宫腔造影、诊断性刮宫检查,对其结果进行回顾性分析。结果 100例患者病理诊断证实为子宫内膜增殖症患者51例,经阴道超声、盐水宫腔造影、诊断性刮宫检查的诊断符合率分别为80.4%、98.0%、100.0%。结论盐水灌注宫腔造影可提高子宫内膜的成像质量和诊断的准确性,同时指导诊断性刮宫。

Objective To investigate the value of intrauterine saline infusion imaging in the diagnosis of uterine endometrial hyperplasia. Methods One hundred patients with irregular vaginal bleeding were selected from January 2009 to January 2010 . The results of transvaginal sonography intrauterine saline infusion imaging, diagnostic one cases of endometrial hyperplasia were curettage were retrospectively analyzed. Results Fifty - confirmed by pathological diagnosis. The diagnostic coincidence of transvaginal sonography, saline infusion imaging, diagnostic curettage was 80. 4%, 98.0% , 100.0% respectively. Conclusion Intrauferine saline infusion imaging can improve the image quality of uterine endometrium and diagnostic accuracy, and it can guide the diagnostic curettage.
