转变农业发展方式是转变经济发展方式的重要内容,内涵十分丰富。县域农业发展方式的转变受到科技因素、资源与环境因素、体制因素、组织管理因素和市场因素等多方面的制约。需要通过构建农业基础设施体系、现代农业产业体系、农业科技支撑体系、新型农业社会化服务体系、农村城镇化体系和农业支持保护体系等六大体系以促进县域农业发展方式的转变。

Mode transformation of agriculture development is of profound significance and vital importance in transforming economy mode.It is manipulated by various factors as technology,resource and environment,economic system,administration and market.To achieve successful mode transformation,six new agricultural systems need to be constructed,namely,those of infrastructure construction,modern industrialized agriculture,modern science and technology support,socialized service,urbanization of rural areas,and policy support.
