超短波配合运动疗法治疗膝关节骨关节炎40例

Ultrashort Wave Therapy Combined with Physical Therapy in the Treatment of 40 Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的观察超短波配合现代康复运动疗法治疗膝关节骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的临床效果。方法将我院2008年3月～2009年8月收治的80例KOA随机分成对照组40例,54膝;治疗组40例,57膝。对照组使用超短波治疗,治疗组使用超短波配合运动疗法治疗。采用国际骨关节炎lequesne指数评分标准,观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗5周后,对照组总评分(5.78±1.02)分与治疗前(7.39±1.87)分比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组总评分(3.61±1.01)分与治疗前(7.43±1.58)分比较明显降低,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组总评分与对照组比较也明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超短波配合现代康复运动疗法治疗KOA效果满意,可降低残疾率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ultrashort wave therapy combined with physical therapy on knee osteoarthritis（KOA）.Methods 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted during March 2008 and August 2009 to our hospital were randomly divided into control group（n=40,54 knees） and treatment group（n=40,57 knees）.The treatment group was treated with ultrashort wave therapy and rhysical therapy,while the control group was treated only with ultrashort wave therapy.The clinical effect was observed by LEQUESNE Scoring after therapy.Results 5 weeks after treatment,the LEQUESNE score in the control group was significantly lower（5.78±1.02）,when compared with that before treatment（7.39±1.87）,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）;the LEQUESNE score in the treatment group was significantly lower after treatment（3.61±1.01） when compared with that before treatment（7.43±1.58）（P0.01）;the score in treatment group was significantly lower when compared with that in control group after 5 weeks therapy（P0.05）.Conclusion A combination of ultrashort wave therapy and physical therapy is efficient and satisfactory in treating knee osteoarthritis and can reduce the incidence of disability.
