滇南边防军人心理健康状况调查研究

A Survey of Mental Health Status in Some Frontier Troops in Southern Yunnan

目的了解滇南边防军人心理健康状况,为相关人员开展心理保健工作提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,选取驻滇南亚热带山岳丛林某地区边防一线男性军人270人为调查对象,使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)分析其心理健康状况。结果本组SCL-90各项目分数与我国内地军人比较,躯体化、敌对、偏执、精神病性分数明显增高,人际敏感及抑郁则显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);与我国常模比较,除人际敏感、抑郁外,其余各项目分数均显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论滇南边防军人在连续进行警戒执勤任务时,受高温潮湿气候引发的累积性迟钝效应的影响较大,心理绩效明显受损,心理问题所致疾病时有发生。

Objective To investigate the mental health status of frontier troops garrisoned in southern Yunnan and provide clinical evidence for service of mental health in related personnel.Methods 270 male frontier soldiers garrisoned in subtropical mountain and bush areas,were identified through cluster random sampling and assessed with Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）.Results Each individual score of SCL-90 was analyzed and compared with their counterparts stationed on the mainland.Except scores of interpersonal sensitivity,depression,all other factors scores were significantly higher（P0.05,P0.01）.When compared with that in Chinese normal models,factor scores of somatization,hostile,hostility,psychosis were significantly higher in frontier troops in Southern Yunnan,but factors scores of interpersonal sensitivity,depression were significantly lower（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion When frontier troops have to maintain keen vigilance all the time and carry out guard duty continuously in southern Yunnan Province,hot temperature and humid weather are more likely to cause cumulative dullness effect,and mental performance may be impaired significantly,which might lead to psychological problems.
