湿润烧伤膏+金因肽治疗有机磷农药致皮肤灼伤的护理

Nursing care of skin burn caused by organophoshorus pesticide treating with ShiRunShaoShangGao and JinYinTai

目的观察湿润烧伤膏+金因肽对有机磷农药致皮肤灼伤的治疗效果及护理要点。方法通过对7例有机磷农药中毒患者皮肤灼伤后应用湿润烧伤膏+金因肽的治疗,在进行有机磷农药正规治疗的基础上,对创面进行正确的换药,以缩短愈合时间,减少疤痕形成。结果 7例均治愈出院,无明显疤痕。结论应用湿润烧伤膏+金因肽治疗有机磷农药中毒致皮肤灼伤,创面愈合时间短,疤痕形成轻,且方法简单,经济实惠,有良好的抗感染作用,促进创面修复。

Objectives To observe the effect of ShiRunShaoShangGao and JinYinTai in treating skin burn caused by organophosphorus pesticide and summarize nursing strategies.Methods Seven cases of skin burn caused by organophosphorus pesticide were treated with ShiRunShaoShangGao and JinYinTai.During treatment of organophosphorus pesticides on the basis of formal,correct changing dressings were applied to the wound surface in order to shorten healing time,reduce the scar and take shape.Results All the seven were cured and left hospital,having no obvious scar.Conclusions With ShiRunShaoShangGao and JinYinTai used in treating skin burn caused by organophosphorus pesticide,wound healing time is short,the scar takes shape lightly,and the method is simple,economical and practical,and the function of resisting infection is good in helping the wound surface to restore.
