精细药液过滤器预防血栓通注射液不良反应的效果研究

The effects of infusion set with precision filter on preventing of ADRs caused by Xueshuantong injection

目的观察精细药液过滤器对预防血栓通注射液引起输液疼痛、静脉炎和其它不良反应的效果。方法将采用血栓通注射液治疗的心脑血管疾病患者200例分为两组,分别采用精细药液过滤器和普通输液器输注血栓通注射液,对比发生输液疼痛、静脉炎及其它不良反应的发生比例及程度。结果采用精细药液过滤器输注血栓通注射液,使输液疼痛、静脉炎及其它不良反应的发生率及程度明显降低。结论使用精细药液过滤器输注血栓通注射液效果良好。

Objective To observe the effects of infusion set with precision filter on preventing of adverse reactions（ADRs） caused by Xueshuantong injection.Methods 200 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were surveyed who had received treatment of Xushuantong injection from January 2010 to October 2010.The patients were separated into two groups and treated with infusion set with precision filter or common infusion set respectively,and the incidence and degree of ADRs were compared.Result Xueshuantong injection with infusion set with precision filter can obviously alleviate the ADRs.Conclusion The effects of Xueshuantong injection with infusion set with precision filter are good.
