摘要
目的探索胰十二指肠切除术患者围手术期并发症的护理对策。方法回顾性分析30例胰十二指肠切除患者资料临床资料。结果术后并发胰瘘、胆瘘5例,腹腔内感染3例,切口感染1例,延迟愈合3例,术后胃排空障碍2例,腹腔出血1例,消化道出血1例。结论对胰十二指肠切除术后患者进行充分的术前准备和精心的术后护理,可以预防并发症的发生,提高手术的成功率。
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing strategy of pancreaticoduodenectomy.Methods Clinic data of 30 cases of pancreaticoduodenectomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results Postoperative pancreatic fistula and biliary fistula in 5 cases,3 cases of intra-abdominal infections,wound infections in 1 case,delayed healing in 3 cases,2 cases of delayed gastric emptying,abdominal bleeding in 1 case,1 case of gastrointestinal bleeding were complicated in total 30 cases of pancreaticoduodenectomy.Conclusion Adequate preoperative preparation and meticulous postoperative nursing can prevent postoperative complications,improve surgical success rate of pancreaticoduodenectomy.
