摘要
目的减轻肌肉注射时的疼痛是护理人员在进行护理操作时的追求。方法比较维生素B1和B12注射液分开注射和混合注射两种方法,观察患者的疼痛程度、主诉等,优选出对患者痛苦最小的注射方式。结果分开组中重度疼痛的患者有3例,而混合组中重度疼痛的患者有11例。结论通过两种注射方法对疼痛影响的观察,认为分开注射法能明显减轻患者疼痛,推荐使用分开注射法。
Objective To investigate the method of reducing the pain in process of intra-muscular injection nursing care and operation.Methods To compare vitamin B1and B12injections and hybrid injection,patients′pain degrees,chief complaints and so on were observed so as to opti-mize a patient suffering of the minimum injection.Results In separate injection group,3 cases had heavy pain,while in the mixed group 11 cases had heavy pain in.Conclusion Of the two injection methods on the impact of pain observation,we believe that separate injection can significantly reduce patients′pain,so we recommend the use of separate injection.
