高速涡轮牙钻与微创拔牙刀在阻生牙拔除术中的临床应用、 被引量:13

摘要 目的:探讨高速涡轮牙钻与微创拔牙刀在阻生牙拔除术中的应用和传统拔牙器械的临床应用比较。方法选择,临床需要拔除的阻生牙168例,按随机数字表达随机分为2组,每组84例,分别用高速涡轮牙钻与微创拔牙刀和传统拔牙器械拔除患牙,比较二者的断根率、拔牙窝不完整率、敲击增隙率和患者畏惧率。高速涡轮牙钻与微创拔牙刀组的断根率、拔牙窝不完整率、敲击增隙率、患者畏惧率明显低于传统组。高速涡轮牙钻与微创拔牙刀具有很好的临床使用价值。结论:在行高速涡轮牙钻与微创拔牙刀拔牙术中,良好的配合能有效地缩短手术时间,减少并发症的发生. Objectives: high-speed turbine drill and original Luxator with a sword in the application and traditional art tooth equipment of clinical application comparison. MethOds the clinical needs pull out of choice, fracture molar90 cases, according to random number expressions randomly divided into two groups, each group 45 examples, respectively for high speed turbine drill and original Luxator dao and traditional instruments supernumerary tooth with teeth, comparison of root-cutting rate, tooth nest incomplete rate, striking increase gap rate and patients fear rate. High speed turbine drill and original Luxator knife group of root-cutting rate, tooth nest incomplete rate, striking increase gap rate, patients fear rate obviously lower than traditional group. Their differences are significant. High speed turbine drill and original Luxator sword chnical use value. Conclusion: on high speed turbine drill and original Luxator knife tooth intraoperatie, good cooperation can effectively reduce the timing of the operation, decrease complications.
