参茯白术木糖汤对小鼠肠道菌群功能影响的研究

Regulatory Effect of Shen Fu Baizhu and Xylooligosaccharide Decoction on Intestinal Flora in Mice

本实验研究参茯白术木糖汤对小鼠肠道菌群的影响。实验小鼠灌胃不同剂量的参茯白术木糖汤，观察双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、肠杆菌、肠球菌、产气荚膜梭菌、拟杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌等7种肠道菌群的变化。结果表明，参茯白术木糖汤具有调节小鼠肠道菌群及促进双歧杆菌增殖功能。

The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of Shen Fu Baizhu and Xylooligosaccharide Decoction on intestinal microflora in mice. Mice were orally administered with Shen Fu Baizhu and Xylose Decoction at different doses, and then the numbers of Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Enterobacter, Enterococcus, Clostridium perfringens, Bacteroidaceae and Bacillus subtilis were counted,respectively.The resuits showed that Shen Fu Baizhu and Xyloohgosaccharide Decoction can regulate and improve the intestinal flora and efficiently stimulate the proliferation of Bifidobacterium in mice.
