摘要
轧辊剥落不仅影响轧机的正常生产,而且造成轧辊损坏甚至早期报废。在揭示了轧辊剥落机理的基础上,结合生产实际,采用三维有限元分析,在1700m m 轧机上采取支持辊新辊形等措施,消除轧辊剥落,实践证明效果显著。
Spalling is not only a factor to the irregular operation of finishing train,but also the key factor leading to damage or early failure of rolls in hot wide strip mill. On the basis of proposed spalling mechanism ,some practical measurements such as improved back-up rolls applied to 1700mm hot wide strip mill are analyzed by 3-D FEM and proved to be effective in practice.
