Test Research on Relation Between Stress and Strain in Heavy Rail Straightening With Many Rollers

采用相同材料的弯曲试验确定矫直过程的应力应变关系，可解决重轨反复弯曲过程中材料特性变化所带来的问题。这一方法亦适用于其它截面的轧材。

Through the bending test with the same materiel, the relationship between stress and strain in straightening process can be found. The mechanics property of heavy rail in the alternately bending process can be obtained . This method can be used for other steels with different cross section and material.
