轧机操作的监控方法

Method of Monitoring in Operation of Rolling Mill

提出了先以实测数据拟合出适用的数学模型，再编制出软件，利用单板机进行实时处理并输出轧制压力值和超限报警信号的方法来实现对大、中型轧钢机操作的监控。

An appropriate mathematic model with the data for actual measurement is set up.Then the corresponding software is worked out.Appling the single board compute to treatment on time,outputing the rolling pressure value and alarming signal for exceeding the limit,the operation of large and middle size rolling mill is monitored.
