摘要
采用 Bode 法测定了连铸半板簧式结晶器振动系统的低阶固有频率,在此基础上,又采用商业有限元软件 M A R C 对该振动系统的动力学特性进行了分析,由此找出了改进该系统动力学特性的有效方法,这对半板簧式四连杆结晶器振动系统的设计及生产工艺的制定,提供了理论依据。
The low grade natural frequencies of a mode oscillation system of the continuous casting with sheet springs have been measured by using a Bode's method. Based on the measured results, the dynamic characteristics of this system are analyzed by means of a commercial finite element software MARC. An effective method for improving the dynamic characteristics of this system is found from the analyzed results. The results of the calculation provide a theoretical foundation for designing the mode oscillation device and making technology of production.
