摘要
该研究采用高效液相色谱法,以葛根素为标准品,对合水粉葛茎叶与根部的异黄酮、葛根素含量进行分析和比较。结果表明,合水粉葛中茎的异黄酮和葛根素含量都超过了根头,但低于根皮,叶中未检测到葛根素;中茎的异黄酮、葛根素含量以及葛根素/异黄酮比例最高;茎叶中异黄酮组成存在变化,与块根比较也有差别。
Taking puerarin as standard samples, the content of isoflavonoid and puerarin in the stem and leaf of puerarin thomsonii benth produced in Heshui was analysed by HPLC. It was found that both of the stem and leaf of puerarin thomsonii benth contains isoflavonoid and puerarin. The isoflavonoid and puerarin contained in the middle stem are more than those contained in the bottom part but less than those contained in the root peel. The middle stem contains the most isoflavonoid and puerarin and has the highest ratio of puerarin/total isoflavonoids while the isoflavonoid in the stem and leaf keeps changing and is different from that in the root.
