摘要 讨论了一系列N-酰化壳聚糖膜的抗张强度、透水性、VB_(12)的透过性、透氧性以及血液相容性。N-已酰化壳聚糖膜具有良好的血液相容性。在制膜过程中,加入分子量为1500的聚乙二醇为致孔剂,则可使N-己酰化壳聚糖膜的渗透性有较大提高。同时保持较好的血液相容性和强度。 A series of mambranes was prepared by air-drying the thin layers of variousN-acylchirosan gels. The flow rates of water through these membranes, thepermeabilities of Vitamin B_(12) and dissolced oxygen, tensile stregth and blood compatibil-ity were examined. N-Hexanoylchitisan membrane has the best blood compatibility. Inorder to increase the permeabilyties og N-Hexanoylchitosan membrane, we tried to usedpolyethylene glycol as an additive. We found that the permebilities were increased in thelargest magnitude by adding 50 to 150 parts of PEG 1500 to 100 parts of chitosan, andthe tensile stregth was about 400 kg / cm^2, exhibiting better blood compatibiluty.
