摘要
讨论了有序加工类生产过程优化计划的自动生成,并选用模拟退火算法解决该大规模组合优化问题。为减少算法中目标函数的计算量,不仅整个生产过程被分解成若干个子过程,过程模型也被简化。为了补偿模型简化导致的精度下降,引入佩特里网验证上述算法所得到的优化计划。
Production plan optimization for a flowshop type production process is a largescale combination optimization problem and can be solved by simulated annealing algorithm. In order to reduce the loads of calculating its objective function,not only the overall production process has been divided into subprocesses but also the model has been simplifiedTo compensate the degradation of calculation accuracy resulted from simplification of the method,Petri net has been induced to verify the adequacy of the obtained planA case study proves the proposed method is effective
