济钢焦化厂低温冷却水系运行方法及改进措施

Operation Method and Improvement Measure of Low Temperature CoolingWater System in Coking Plant of Jinan Iron and Steel Group

介绍了济钢焦化厂低温冷却水系的运行方法。通过工艺改进，以及对蒸汽压力、冷却水温度、真空度、水质稳定等影响制冷机制冷量的因素进行分析，实现了夏季制冷机的单机运行，并充分利用了现有冷源，既降低了制冷机的运行费用，又保证了生产的正常进行。

This paper introduces the operation method of low temperature cooling water system in coking plant of Jinan iron and steel groupThrough analysis on factors of influencing producing cold quantity of refrigerator,consisted of steam pressure,cooling water temperature,vaccum degree,water quality,etc,and process improvement the single operation of refrigerator has been achineved in summer.Thus,operating cost of refrigerator is decreased and the normal operation of refrigerator is also ensured
