高炉炉顶设备更换与炉内喷涂同时施工的实践

Constructing Practice of Changing Top Equipment and Coating Inner Wall of Blast Furnace At The Same Time

通过制定周密的计划，在１２８ｍ３高炉炉顶设备更换的同时，进行炉内喷涂、炉外水循环系统修复、炉顶钢架矫正等项修。实施过程中，可进行立体化交叉作业，提高了工作效率，节省了大修费用。

Through making up careful plan,changing top equipment of 128m3 blast furnace,coating inner wall of blast furnace,repairing external water cyclical system of blast furnace,straightening steel framework of top equipment are done at the same timeThis method can increase working efficiency and can save of cost for heavy repair of blast furnace
