摘要
针对热风炉仪控大修过程中存在的工期短、施工量大、施工现场复杂、系统调试复杂等问题,莱钢应用网络计划技术对施工过程进行严格的管理和控制,通过优化网络图,根据网络图组织施工,在保质保量保安全的前提下缩短了工期,提高了工效。
