摘要
为了提高球团质量,充分发挥球团竖炉的生产能力,济钢球团厂对所用原料进行了优化选择。生产实践表明,原料结构的优化促进了产品质量的提高,竖炉利用系数1998年比1996年提高0.2t/m2·h,工序能耗降低了1.54kg标煤/t,增加收益847.55万元。
For enhancing pellet quality and full developing the productivity of pellet shaft furnace,pellet plant of Jinan iron and steel group has done optimization for selecting rawmaterial.The production practice explains that the optimization of raw material structure has promoted the enhancing of product quality,the utilization coefficient of shaft furnace in 1998 is increased by 0.20t/m2.h than 1996,the energy consumption of process is decreased by 1.54kgN.coal/t and increasing profit is 8.4755 million yuan(RMB).
