This paper introduces the measures,results and existed question in the patent work of Shandong metallurgical science reserach institute,and thinks that bring patent right into capital management,strengthening and developing science and research basis,providing efficient conditions for innovation and creation are efficient measures for developing patent work of local science and research institute.
