赖氨酰氧化酶在肝细胞癌中的表达及其与血管内皮生长因子的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨赖氨酰氧化酶(lysyl oxidase,LOX)在肝细胞癌(HCC)的表达及其与侵袭转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测LOX在HCC组织、癌旁肝组织和正常肝组织中的表达,分析其与HCC临床病理特征和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)蛋白之间的关系。结果 LOX在HCC、癌旁组织和正常肝组织中的阳性表达率分别为59.0%、88.9%和94.7%,LOX在HCC中的表达显著低于癌旁和正常肝组织(P<0.01);LOX蛋白阳性表达率随肿瘤分化程度的降低、数目增多、周围组织器官受侵、远处器官转移而显著降低(P<0.05);在HCC中,LOX的表达与VEGF表达呈显著负相关(rs=-0.313,P<0.05)。结论 LOX蛋白表达下调或缺失与HCC发生、发展密切相关,LOX蛋白表达下调或缺失伴随VEGF表达升高可以联合促进HCC的生长、转移。 Objective To investigate the expression of lysyl oxidase(LOX) and the relationship between LOX and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of LOX and VEGF in HCC tissues,paracancerous and normal liver tissues.Results The expression rates of LOX were 59.0%,88.9% and 94.7% in HCC,tumor-surrounding tissues and in normal liver tissues,respectively.Statistical analysis revealed that LOX positive staining rate was lower in tumor tissues than that in tumor surrounding tissues and normal liver tissues.LOX expression in HCC was associated with tumor differentiation,number,sourrounding invasion and distant metastasis(P0.01).LOX expression had negative correlation with VEGF expression(rs=-0.313,P0.05).Conclusion These findings indicate that down-regulation or loss of LOX expression is closely related with HCC development and progression.The down-regulation or loss of LOX and up-regulating VEGF expression may stimulate growth and metastasis of HCC.
