摘要
项目后评价是针对项目实施效果进行管理的手段之一。通过后评价,可以分析项目实施的效果,找出差距和不足,从而为以后的项目管理提供借鉴指导意见。通过实例来阐明投资项目的对照项目目标后评价、侧重于项目实施效果后评价和侧重于项目经济效果后评价三类不同方法的作用和用途,达到更精简高效地对项目进行后评价的目的。
Post - evaluation on projects is one of the means of management on the implementation results of projects, through which we can analyze the implementation results of projects and find defects so as to provide reference for project management in the future. The roles and applications of three different post - evaluation methods were analyzed with examples, aiming to find the most simplified and efficient post -evaluation method.
